Joe grew up in Oakville, and attended Oakville Trafalgar High School.
Joe went on to the University of Guelph and studied English & Business.
Following University, Joe spent a number of years in the financial services industry, working in wealth management & mortgage financing.
Joe brings a passion and commitment to each client he serves.
He enjoys the challenges of house hunting, negotiating and guiding a sale.
Getting to know clients and helping them reach their goals is a major source of enjoyment for Joe, and a prime motivator.
Joe currently lives in Bloor West Village, and has resided in Toronto’s West End for a number of years.
Outside of real estate, Joe enjoys the outdoors, playing hockey, good food, trivia & sketching the odd house!
Doug came into real estate after graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 1973.
His father had been a real estate broker dating back to the 1950's in Toronto, so he was following a family tradition.
Now a third generation of Williams have joined the profession – Doug's son Ben, who works in commercial real estate, and his son Joe who works together with Doug.
Doug has spent time in real estate sales management with Royal Trust and Royal Lepage.
As well, he was an owner of a number of Re/max offices in the area.
Additionally, Doug spent time in commercial real estate as a partner in an international real estate brokerage.
