Ashley Jones was born in Memphis, Tennessee but raised in Houston, Texas where she got roles on local television and commercials.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University and received her first big break in daytime on “The Young and the Restless” in 1997 as Megan Dennison, a role for which she received multiple Daytime Emmy Award nominations. Bridget Forrester on “The Bold and the Beautiful” in 2004 then returned to daytime in 2016 to play Parker Forsyth on “General Hospital.”Outside of daytime Jones has had roles on HBO’s “True Blood” and multiple Lifetime movies.
In June 2006 she was voted as one of CMT's 20 Sexiest Southern Women by the viewers of that station.
She was once married to Noah Nelson, son of Craig T.
Jones, and is now married to IT infrastructure manager Joel Henricks.
Jones and Henricks share a son, Hayden Joel, born in May 2016.
